5 Nations Cup 2018; Battleface UAE and Dhoni India triumph

Dhoni India, Battleface UAE and Victoria UAE claimed titles at the Ajman Cricket Council - Young Talent Cricket Academy (YTCA) five-nations cricket tournament which was held at Ajman MCC, Eden Garden and YTCA's new facility in Al Bataya Village, Sharjah.

Dhoni India won the under-17 title while Bettleface UAE emerged champions in the under-15 event. Victoria UAE were crowned champion in under-11 and under-13 categories. This tournament for various age categories dividing players in the UAE into teams of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, UAE and Bahrain was fiercely contested.

In the past there have been teams from England, South Africa, Bahrain, Oman, Pakistan and India participating in this annual tournament. This year's visiting teams comprised of Bahrain and India (Delhi Sports School).

Shoun Roger (Dhoni India U-17), Kai Smith (UAE COE U-15), Nikash (COE UAE U-13), and Arayan Praveen (YTCA U-11) won the player of the tournament award for respective categories.

Following prizes were awarded.

Under-17: Best batsman: Shoun Roger (Dhoni India). Best bowler: Rishab Mukherjee (Dhoni India). Best fielder: Vritya Arvind (Dhoni India). Man of the Series: Shoun Roger (Dhoni India). Man of the Final: Shoun Roger (Dhoni India).

Under-15: Best batsman: Kai Smith (Coe UAE). Best bowler: Zohaib (Coe UAE). Best fielder: Akash Radhakrishnan (Battle Face UAE). Man of the Series: Kai Smith (Coe UAE). Man of the final: Akash Radhakrishnan (Battle Face UAE).

Under 13: Best batsman: Harshit (VictorIa UAE). Best bowler: Ayan Khan (Victoria UAE). Best fielder: Kashyap (YTCA). Man of the Series: Nikash (Coe UAE). Man of the final: Ayan Khan (Victoria UAE).

Under 11: Best batsman: Madhav Manoj (Victoria UAE). Best bowler: Deep Bhatia (Victoria UAE). Best Fielder: Shrey Sethi (YTCA India). Man of the Series: Aryan Praveen (YTCA). Man of the Final: Rehan Sajith (Victoria UAE).
