We know that cricket is a force for good and makes an enduring impact on people’s lives. It gives great entertainment, important skills, both physical and social. It helps inclusion and social cohesion. Cricket is something for everyone to watch, play or enjoy, across age, gender, disability and diverse communities. Our purpose is to improve lives and connect communities, and our goal is to inspire a new generation to say ‘Cricket is a well acknowledged game in UAE’
At the top of the game, our council has successfully organized more than 5000 Matches and approx 150 Tournaments for Under 11, Under 13, Under 16 ,Under 19 and Seniors Teams in all the formats. We have also planned to organise women cricket in T20 and T10 Formats.
We oversee the professional men’s domestic game, as well as recreational cricket played by around 6000 players across Ajman.
We run Council programmes that give children and young people a chance to play cricket, and invest in new pitches and facilities to give more people opportunities to play the game.
